Boogie Down South is hosted in the gorgeous Margaret River region, known for its world class wines, gastronomy, beaches and surf, and natural beauty. It’s an easy region to get to and navigate around with so much so offer when you’re not busy dancing away. We highly recommend booking accommodation as soon as possible as things book out quickly in our regional area over long weekends.

Getting Here
Direct Regional Flights – Sydney and Melbourne
Catch a flight directly to our local airport, the Busselton Margaret River Airport, (about a 30 mins drive from the center of all the action in Cowaramup and Margaret River). You can rent a car directly at the airport if needed.
International and other Interstate Flights
Perth is the biggest and most easily accessible airport with regular flights from interstate and international destinations. In addition to car rental, there are a number of transport options to get you to our the Margaret River region from Perth. South West Coachlines runs a coach service directly from the airport in addition to TransWA running bus/coach services.
Driving Down
We are a three hour drive south of Perth. While driving at night on our roads, be mindful of kangaroos and other wildlife.
Carpooling Locally
Once you’re down amongst it, we have a Facebook group you can join to request and arrange carpooling with other BDSers. It’s called Boogie Down South – Carpooling and Hosting and you can join it here.
