Refunds Policy
All sales completed are final. Our not for profit group does not allow us to refund or exchange any order once it has been confirmed, so please be sure you have selected the proper event and locations prior to completing your order. Once tickets are issued, they are like cash and will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.
Refunds or exchanges are not available where you simply change your mind, or where you have mistakenly purchased the wrong ticket or where you do not have a receipt for the products or services.
You understand that the resale of tickets may be subject to state and local laws and regulations. Any violation of such laws may result in your prosecution by such agencies. Swing Down South Inc. assumes no liability arising from your resale or attempted resale of tickets purchased through us. However, if another student is happy to purchase your ticket you are welcome to resell.
In the case of the event being cancelled due to government restrictions imposed in response to COVID-19 all tickets will be refunded.
Duty Of Care
The committee members of South West Swing and our Swing Dancing teachers will do all we can to keep our participants safe during our classes, socials and events, however injuries can happen while dancing. We will not accept responsibility for accidents and injuries. Look out for yourselves and each other and take a breather when needed.
Lost Possessions
South West Swing is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items at our events.
Under Age Admission
Children must be accompanied by a Guardian at social events to comply with liquor licensing rules.
